Why Membership?
We began offering membership in 2018 with the primary purpose of establishing the ideal number of patients for whom we could provide the best possible care. For our practice in Arlington, TN that number is 300 members.
After working with us for one year, patients who would like to continue to work with us should sign up for membership. This will reserve one of the 300 spots in our practice. After reaching 300 members, we will have a wait list and will only be able to work with additional patients as a spot opens up, because with only two practitioners availability is limited. The most important part of membership is that each patient be willing and able to schedule necessary labs and medical follow-up every 6 months, and a nutrition follow-up annually. The two medical and annual nutrition visits are included in membership. Labs and additional visits may be purchased separately as needed.

Membership will be limited to the first 300 patients who enroll. New patients can enroll after their first year working with us, and once they feel we are a good fit for their health goals and medical needs. An annually renewable, 12-month contract is required for all patients 26 years of age and older. |
